Colin has an outstanding leadership track record delivering successful long-term savings and retirement businesses, plus a breadth of intermediary and platform experience. His 28 years’ executive experience is now helping to accelerate Phoenix’s growth plans. Colin is responsible for leading and growing the pensions and savings business, developing the adviser market, and helping to close the advice gap. He’s also driving a range of innovative solutions to help our customers to and through retirement, so they can enjoy a life of possibilities. Before joining Standard Life in 2021, Colin directed Aviva’s workplace and financial advice businesses, playing an integral role in driving the growth of their Master Trust proposition. Prior to this, he held executive level positions at Friends Life, AXA Corporate Benefits, Fidelity International and Prudential Assurance.
