Jenny has worked with Wavelength as an associate since 2014. She began her career in television production, working on factual and current affairs programming for the BBC and Channel 4. She then moved into broadcast journalism, working as a reporter for CNBC business news in Asia; this inadvertently led her to the world of consulting.
During her time at the innovation consultancy ?What If! Jenny was a key member of their leadership development team working closely with senior leaders on nurturing healthy and high-performing organisations.
Outside of Wavelength Jenny does business coaching, with a particular focus on working mothers looking to perfect the art of plate spinning. Jenny lives in London with her husband, 2 teenage daughters and a tyrannical dog.
