She then moved into broadcast journalism, working as a reporter for CNBC business news in Asia; this inadvertently led her to the world of consulting.

    During her time at the innovation consultancy ?What If! Jenny was a key member of their leadership development team working closely with senior leaders on nurturing healthy and high-performing organisations.

    Outside of Wavelength Jenny does business coaching, with a particular focus on working mothers looking to perfect the art of plate spinning. Jenny lives in London with her husband, 2 teenage daughters and a tyrannical dog.

    ​Sarah has 15 years’ experience curating and producing high-profile leadership and learning events across the globe.  She started her career with ?What If! Innovation agency where she worked with a range of FTSE 100 companies to provide inspiring and creative learning programmes.  She was part of the team that opened ?What If!’s first international office in New York.
